Tougher than the more common baby's breath used in fresh florals this plant has much more dainty blooms.  It's flowers when viewed in our garden from a distance look like clouds.  One of the earlier dried flowers, these plants are usually harvested in July. In arrangements, it is primarily used as a filler to other flowers.
